Section 1

Welcome and Introduction

Welcome to pdtjl. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pdtjl website and related services ("Platform"). By accessing the pdtjl website, creating an account, or using any gaming service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to read and fully understand these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform. You may contact our support team if needed.

pdtjl reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on the pdtjl Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for those aged 21 and above only).
• You must be a legally capable individual with the legal right to enter into contracts in your own name.
• You must operate your account from a location where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• Anyone employed by pdtjl or their close relatives may not operate an account on pdtjl.
• Each user may open only one account.

Account Registration

When creating an account on pdtjl, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

If any information provided at registration changes, you are required to notify pdtjl in a timely manner. For identity verification purposes, pdtjl may request additional documents from you (national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents).

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

• Sharing or transferring your account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or subletting your account to any third party is prohibited.
• Members of the same household may each have a separate individual account, but verification may be required if the same payment method is used.

Section 5

Account Suspension and Closure

pdtjl reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of using a false identity or information.

You may also request closure of your account at any time by contacting pdtjl's support team.

Section 6

Deposit Rules

Approved payment methods must be used to deposit funds on the pdtjl Platform. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Funds are generally added to your account quickly after deposit; contact the support team in case of delays.

Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service. Each mobile banking service's own limits and terms may apply.

Section 7

Withdrawal Rules

pdtjl conducts security checks before processing withdrawal requests. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment method from which the original deposit was made.
• The withdrawal process generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• pdtjl may request additional documents for identity verification, and withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Section 8

Welcome Bonus

pdtjl offers a welcome bonus for new members. The current welcome bonus is 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000.

To receive the welcome bonus, a minimum deposit of a specified amount must be made for the first time after registration.

Section 9

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.

• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 20.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• If bets are placed beyond the wagering limits, pdtjl reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

You are requested to read all terms and conditions carefully before accepting a bonus.

Section 10

General Bonus Rules

• pdtjl reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — bonuses may not apply to multiple accounts in the same household or using the same IP address.
• Fraudulent use of a bonus may result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
• A new bonus cannot be accepted while an active bonus is in progress.

Section 11

VIP Loyalty Program

pdtjl's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at pdtjl's discretion.

Section 12

Gaming Code of Conduct

All players must follow fair play principles. The following activities are strictly prohibited while playing on pdtjl:

• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to operate games.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Pressuring or harassing pdtjl staff.

In the event of a violation of these rules, pdtjl reserves the right to immediately terminate the account and forfeit all balances.

Section 13

Intellectual Property Rules

All content on the pdtjl Platform — website design, logos, graphics, software, text, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pdtjl. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using this content without permission is prohibited by law.

Content from third-party game providers on the Platform is protected by their own intellectual property laws, and use of such content is governed by the respective provider's terms and conditions.

Section 14

Limitation of Liability

pdtjl will not bear any liability in the following cases:

• If a game session is disrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• For losses caused by unauthorized third-party access to an account (if due to user negligence).
• For any losses caused by your device or software.
• If services are disrupted due to natural disasters, war, strikes, or any other force majeure event.

Section 15

Complaints and Dispute Resolution
